We aim to despatch all orders within 14 days (often sooner) during quiet times (Sept-May), and 28 days during peak times (June, July, August). Your order confirmation email should include an estimated despatch date. 

GRADUATION NAMES LIST ITEMS MAY TAKE LONGER!

If you have ordered an item with a graduate names list printed on the back then please note that we can only print this once we have received the official names list from your institution. Sometimes names list are only received 1-2 weeks before graduation dates, so if you have pre-ordered an item well in advance there will be a delay in the garment being printed and despatched.

UK Orders - Tracked Postage: £5.95 including VAT. FREE if you spend £80+.

All prices include VAT. No additional duties or taxes will be charged. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.


Overseas International Tracked Postage

Prices vary by region and weight. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

USA/Norway/Switzerland. All prices include estimated duties and taxes, which are collected at checkout. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis via Royal Mail – no additional charges on delivery.

Standard (0-2kg) = £16.95
Heavy (2-5kg) = £25.00

EU & Rest of World. Orders shipping to the European Union and ROW are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and VAT, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We ship on a DAP (Delivered at Place) /DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis and do not collect VAT or duties at the time of purchase. The carrier will contact you directly for payment of these fees, including a handling charge, prior to delivery.
