Order Turnaround Times
We aim to despatch all orders within:
- 14 days during quiet times (Sept-May)
- 28 days during peak graduation times (June, July, August)
Urgent / Time Sensitive Orders
If your order is urgent, we may be able to fast track it for you, especially during non-peak times. Non-personalised items such as graduation bears, pin badges, 'Class of 2026' and 'Limited Edition' hoodies we usually keep in stock, and can turnaround quickly. PEAK TIMES - SUMMER GRADUATIONS
June, July and August are peak times for us, as we fulfill orders placed throughout the busy summer graduation period. Our expanded team will be working around the clock to fulfil orders, but there may be occasions where slight delays may occur. Your patience is greatly appreciated during these times.
GRADUATION NAMES LIST ITEMS
If you have ordered an item with a graduate names list printed on the back then please note that we can only print this once we have received the official names list from your institution. Sometimes names list are only received 1-2 weeks before graduation dates, so if you have pre-ordered an item well in advance there will be a delay in the garment being printed and despatched.
All our packages are despatched using Royal Mail (Tracked 48 Service for UK). Once despatched, an automated despatch confirmation email will be sent, followed by another email (with tracking information) from Royal Mail. Please note the tracking information will only become available/active once Royal Mail have scanned your parcel into
their network (up to 12 hours after despatch).

Since Brexit, all our packages dispatched to the European Union (EU) will be subject to pay customs fees to receive their package. Duties are unpaid currently. We despatch using the Royal Mail Business Tracked & Signed. For most destinations you will receive an automated notification by the Royal Mail to the email address and/or mobile phone number you provide when placing your order, this will include your tracking number. International Orders
All our International packages are despatched using Royal Mail Business Tracked. For most destinations you will receive an automated notification by the handler to the email address and/or mobile phone number you provide when placing your order, this will include your tracking number. This is destination country specific. Please use this tracking number to track the journey of your order on the Royal Mail website: www.royalmail.com. If you have not been sent a tracking number and need to track your item, please contact us via the contact page.

Postal Returns / Failure to Deliver
Any items that our returned to us via the Royal Mail due to "incomplete address" or "addressee gone away" or "not called for" or " unknown address" will be kept for 1 year only. We will charge the standard country specific post charge to resend it to you.
Please ensure your address is correct on your order confirmation email.

EU & Rest of World. Orders shipping to the European Union and ROW are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and VAT, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We ship on a DAP (Delivered at Place) /DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis and do not collect VAT or duties at the time of purchase. The carrier will contact you directly for payment of these fees, including a handling charge, prior to delivery.

Please check your junk/spam folder, as sometimes our Order Confirmation email receipts end up there. Search for messages from campusclothing.co.uk. If you are still unable to find your order confirmation email, your email address may have been inputted incorrectly when placing your order.
We would therefore advise that you contact us if you have not received your order confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order.
Please use the contact us form below and include your full name, postcode and email address, so we can track your order and send on the relevant details to you.
Once your order is placed, you will automatically be sent an order confirmation email - this will include all the details of your order.
From the time of ordering you have a 48 hour cooling off period to correct any errors, or to make changes to your order.
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please use the 'contact us' form below. To speed up the process, please include the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Postcode
Once the 48 hour cooling off period has passed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Exchanges - Excess Graduation Event Stock
On occasion, we may have excess stock available from graduation events (up to 14 days after the graduation date) which we can offer in exchange. For example, if you require a different size or colour. Please contact us using the form below and we will happily arrange an exchange if excess stock is available. PLEASE NOTE: your existing garment must be returned to us within 14 days of your graduation date and be in unworn, resaleable condition. P&P charges will apply.
Returns/Exchanges - Non-Branded Items
Non-branded items are subject to our standard returns & exchange policy and are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you would like to return or exchange a non-branded item, please email us stating your order number in the subject line, and we will guide you through the returns/exchange process.
Returns - Branded Items
Branded items are 'printed to order' and bespoke. They are printed to your specific order requirements, and each institution/university logo is printed on items to order. As a result, these items are usually non-refundable, unless we have excess event stock available - please see above.
Returns - Personalised Items
Personalised items are 'printed to order' and bespoke. As a result, these items are strictly non-refundable.
Returns - Graduation Names list Items
Names list items are 'printed to order' and bespoke. We print the correct graduate names list on each garment to match your specific order requirements. As a result, these items are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item then please contact us using the form below. Please include:
- Order number
- Brief description/photo of issue
- Proof of purchase (receipt, or screen grab of bank transaction - if bought at an event)
If you wish to change your delivery address, you have a 2 day cooling off period to do so, as after this time, the item will go into production. If you need to change the delivery address after this cooling off period, then please contact us using the form below, If your order has not yet been despatched, we should be able to change the delivery address for you.
Please note: If you wish to change the order to an overseas address, then you will need to pay the price difference for delivery before we can despatch your item to the new address.
For orders that have already been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
If you have already moved out and think your order has been sent to your old address, please contact the old property before contacting us. There is a small chance that your parcel will be returned to us but it can often take several weeks to find its way back in the post.
If your parcel is sent back to us, we will email you to let you know, and arrange for it to be re-sent, once any extra postage charges are settled.
You should receive a notification from the Royal Mail with a tracking number enclosed. Please use the below link to track and trace your parcel: www.royalmail.com/track-your-item If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us using the form below.
If delivery fails for whatever reason items are marked as 'return to sender'. Not all posties will leave a “Sorry We Missed You” card, so your first step before contacting us should be to drop into your local Delivery Office with a piece of ID and proof of address, as items are held for up to 2 weeks before being sent back to us. Please note that the 'return to sender' process can take between 4-9 weeks, depending on the country originally dispatched to.
You must contact us within the 4 weeks of receiving your dispatch email, to inform us that your item has not reached you.

We send each sort of item to you as soon as it’s ready. If you have ordered more than one item, please check your receipt or order confirmation email for their individual dispatch dates. If you ordered two or three identical items and only one has arrived, then please contact us using the form at the bottom of the page so that we can look into this for you.
Firstly, if you feel you may have received an incorrect or faulty item, please accept our apologies.

In line with our faulty goods policy, if any items are found on arrival to have a fault, they must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt and must not have any signs of 'wear and tear'. The item must therefore be unworn and in the same condition as received.
Please note that if your item is over 6 months old, it is no longer covered by our Faulty Goods policy. This is in line with Trading Standards guidelines which stipulate that any fault in garments that are over 6 months old (from date of purchase) is considered to be wear and tear rather than a fault with the item.
If you choose this extra personalisation option, then we will highlight the name in red and make it larger in size than the other names that appear in the names list.
Please note: we receive the official names list from each institution and the format of these names is specified by them. If you need to make an alteration to a name please contact us using the form below. Any requests to change a name must be received within the 2 day cooling off period of placing your order.
You can choose to add extra personal embellishments to your garments.
Each additional personalisation is £9.95 and is printed in CAPITAL letters.
SLEEVE PRINT
Add a name, initials, subject or faculty to the sleeve for an extra special touch.
Sleeve prints will be matched to the colour of the artwork printed on the back of your hoodie.
13 characters approx. otherwise the print becomes too small.
CHEST PRINT
Choose to add your initials on the front chest of your garment.
2 characters max.
HOOD PRINT
Choose to add your initials on either side of the hood.
3 characters max.

Please ensure that you order the correct size as our items are 'made to order' and are therefore non-exchangeable. Please refer to our T&Cs for more information.
If you believe there is an issue with the size of your garment please contact us using the form below and provide:

We will then be able to investigate the issue further and work with you to find a solution.
Please follow the following instructions when washing your garment/s:
- Wash at 30 degrees
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron inside out and not on the print!
We cannot be held responsible for garments that are not washed following this guidance.
Before printing any names list garments, we check that the name provided (when you placed your order), is included on the artwork. If we cannot locate the name provided, we will contact you to check that the name and ceremony year & date, have been correctly inputted.
Occasionally names are omitted from names list supplied to us, for various reasons that are out of our control. However, we do provide a complimentary 'Add Name' service, and will add a name to a specific artwork, for any name missing from the official graduation names list.
