Vacancy: Permanent Heat Press & Fulfilment Operative
What's the job?
You will become the backbone of our production team. Your main focus will be Heat Pressing—applying designs to garments and mugs—alongside picking, packing, and despatch, among other tasks. This isn’t just a "packing" job—it’s a skilled production role. We produce personalised merchandise for University Graduations and other bespoke prints and because every order is different, we need someone who can stay sharp, focused, and accurate even when we’re moving fast. (heat press experience preferred, but not essential, as full training will be given).
What do we need from you?
Attention to detail. You need to spot the small differences in every order.
A "can-do" attitude. We’re a small team that works hard and stays positive.
Reliability. Punctuality is a must.
Physicality. You’ll be on your feet, operating machinery, and moving stock.
Peak Season Commitment. You must be fully available through July & August.

Vacancy: Summer Event Sales Crew
What's the job?
We need some seriously awesome sales staff with a positive approach to sell our products at university graduation ceremonies.
This involves travelling to the graduations of your choice, helping to set up our stall and then maximizing sales of our garments to graduates. You will be the face of the business: friendly, professional, one of the team.
You see at Campus Clothing we like our job; we get to see people celebrating themselves and celebrating each other. The fact that our products are part of that celebration feels pretty good to us. So we stick to our word, deliver what we say and always strive to be the best we can, both in terms of our products and our people.
Who are you?
We’re looking for approachable, passionate, customer-focussed individuals to sell our great products face to face with our clients.
Experience is not nearly as important to us as attitude. If you’ve got a strong background in sales that’s great, but don’t worry if you haven’t. If you’re entrepreneurial, friendly and have the confidence to be the face of Campus Clothing at university graduation ceremonies, then you should consider applying for this role.
The ability to maximize sales is key to the position, but it’s also important that you’re someone who understands that for graduates and their families this is one of the happiest days of their lives - so you’ll need to have the approach and attitude to add to that experience.
- Part-time role: year-round, dependent on seasonal demand.
- Location: variable depending on each university.
- Pay: £13 per hour.

It's such a great atmosphere on graduation day, and I enjoyed meeting all the graduates and their families.
Working for Campus Clothing over summer was a great experience and the money I earned will go to support my final year at uni.
