ORDER TURNAROUND TIMES

We aim to despatch all orders within:

- 14 days during quiet times (Sept-May)
- 28 days during peak times (June, July, August). 

GRADUATION NAMES LIST ITEMS MAY TAKE LONGER!
If you have ordered an item with a graduate names list printed on the back then please note that we can only print this once we have received the official names list from your institution. Sometimes names list are only received 1-2 weeks before graduation dates, so if you have pre-ordered an item well in advance there will be a delay in the garment being printed and despatched.

SHIPPING

UK Orders - Tracked Postage: £5.95 including VAT. FREE if you spend £80+.
All prices include VAT. No additional duties or taxes will be charged. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.

Overseas International Tracked Postage
Prices vary by region and weight. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

USA/Norway/Switzerland. All prices include estimated duties and taxes, which are collected at checkout. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis via Royal Mail – no additional charges on delivery.

Standard (0-2kg) = £16.95
Heavy (2-5kg) = £25.00

EU & Rest of World. Orders shipping to the European Union and ROW are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and VAT, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We ship on a DAP (Delivered at Place) /DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis and do not collect VAT or duties at the time of purchase. The carrier will contact you directly for payment of these fees, including a handling charge, prior to delivery.

Non-Branded Items
Non-branded items are subject to our standard returns & exchange policy of 14 days from the date of delivery. 

Branded Items
Branded items are 'printed to order' and bespoke. They are printed to your specific order requirements, and each institution/university logo is printed on items to order. As a result, these items are non-refundable - unless they are found to be faulty or incorrectly printed.  

Personalised Items
Personalised items are 'printed to order' and bespoke. As a result, these items are non-refundable - unless they are found to be faulty or incorrectly printed.  

Names-list Items
Names-list items are 'printed to order' and bespoke. We print the correct names list on each garment to match your specific order requirements. As a result, these items are non-refundable - unless they are found to be faulty or incorrectly printed.

EU CUSTOMERS:

Most of our graduation apparel and accessories are made to order and personalised to your individual specifications (including your chosen design, university, graduation year, and any name or text personalisation). As such, these items are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which excludes goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

Once your order has been placed and production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@campusclothing.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly.
